If a foreign patient contacts a hospital/clinic directly without using an official company, the patient will not receive legal protection in the event of a medical dispute. Additionally, when a foreign patient contacts a hospital/clinic directly, the patient cannot tell whether the hospital is a foreign patient attraction institution or not. We only introduce hospitals/clinics that are officially registered as foreign patient attraction institutions to patients. We receive support from the government, provide interpreters, and do all work on the patient’s side when a problem arises.
If a dispute arises, it can be resolved through our company’s insurance and the hospital/clinic’s insurance. Additionally, all insurance policies apply when our company guides foreign patients. We work only for foreign patients, and the cost is the same as if the patient contacted us directly. We always work on the side of foreign patients.
